Wherever Christ is, there are His virtues, and He pours them out upon us, lavishly. He wants to give us all the virtues and not just the ones which seem attractive or easy

How to Pray (Part One: Foundations)
God's Kingdom touches the earth whenever a soul delivers up its life for His work and glory
The Divine Persons are like three flames in one fire, whose presence and protection enfold us on our earthly journey

The Christian life consists of trust in Christ, giving up sin, following His way even in darkness, and moving towards the Glory of heaven.

The family which has a roof over its head and a table to eat at is well prepared for everyday life and education. Sound doctrine is like the roof and the table of our Christian life. Those who rely only on feelings and want to picnic all the time have no shelter for themselves or for others, when gales blow, and animals trample the food into the ground.
Whatever our vocation, we can give glory to the Father by walking forward on the road He has asked us to follow. Christ is our companion, even if we cannot see Him.
Those who search for God follow paths that criss-cross the slopes of the Holy Mountain; yet Christ's way is the only one that takes people to the summit.
Many people today are oblivious to the spiritual warfare which is taking place today. Like two women in a café, chatting as horsemen charge past them, in battle array, many people are blind to the war between good and evil.
From the beginning, Christian life has been lived out using symbols and signs. What signs are there, in some modern churches, which have filthy entrances, and modernistic crucifixes, a hidden Blessed Sacrament, and no statue of Our Lady - in an area where people chat and cheer as if at a football rally. St. Pius X would be horrified by one church dedicated to his memory.
The Lord does not give great tasks to those unwilling to fulfil ordinary tasks. If people are not willing to look after their own relations - especially old parents, and young children - they are not going to be able to speak up with confidence, to other people, about the Christian life being a way of self-giving and charity.
There are clear signs at a roundabout; so, as soon as people take the wrong road at a roundabout and realise it, they are wise if they turn back to the roundabout rather than blunder about in the woods, and risk being lost; and so it is in the Christian Life. Anyone who loses his way should not blunder around, or ask advice of people who, also, are lost, but go back to the 'signs', which are the Commandments, and the Precepts of the Church.
