When Christ is made Present before us at the Consecration, the holy Angels stand awe-struck at the love He shows towards us by coming amongst us in this astounding way. They are absorbed in adoration of the God-man, Jesus, substantially Present in the Holy Eucharist.

Even in the coldest, bleakest surroundings, no-one on earth, not even the poorest peasant in the most dingy hovel (Christ explained) has the right to end his own life or to ask someone to do it for him. If we accepted the power of God into our lives, the love given through Christ, we would look after one another.

Wherever people follow Christ, and try to do His Will, there are fewer sick people neglected, fewer orphans abandoned, fewer weak people pushed to the margins, and greater love shown to all women, children and men.

Life is a gift from God: but so too is the power of God in human hearts: the power and love given when we receive the Holy Spirit, Who urges us to care for the poor, sick, weak and needy.

No matter what difficulties spouses encounter, it remains the Will of Christ that they keep the vows they made, when each promised to love and honour the other 'for better or worse' - with the help of God.

The sins and self-love shown in our world cover our world like an all-enveloping cloud. Wherever someone acts in pure charity, it's as if a gap is made in the cloud; and God's light can shine upon earth in a difficult situation, for needy people.

The Lord showed me little 'fires' of love for God, burning all over the world, especially wherever people praised God through Christ at Mass, with reverence, and particularly through the 'Ancient Rite'.

Christ sees that humble people are willing to benefit from the customs and sacramentals of the Church, in order to gain extra graces, receive Divine protection, and feel assured of certain help from God and the Saints and Angels.

When we have died, it is too late to turn to God, if we have died in mortal sin. By our own choice, we will have fixed our 'trajectory'. Those who love God will be carried by His Spirit towards Heaven. Others will fall into Hell, going there through their own decisions.

Life in Christ involves both fasting and feasting. We should love what is good, but be prepared to sacrifice this when necessary for an even greater Good, which is God.

A person trapped in sin can benefit from the prayers of other people on her behalf. Through them, God can shine a light on that sinner's life and actions, so she can see things clearly, and decide to change. God is merciful - but some people refuse to act in response to His love.
