Christ blesses us and gives us peace and security.

The Lord told me the when I find myself in X-ray departments and operating theatres I must look upon them as my venues for mission, given to me by God, just as certain towns and places were shown to the Apostles, for them to evangelise by their words and example. I can show out the joy of Christ, even in trouble and pain.

The Lord gave me a glimpse of our beautiful village, which He has allowed me to enjoy amidst many years of pain. Then He showed me an even greater beauty on high, 'above' the village. I saw Heaven's glory, and all the Saints who live in God, in joy.

As soon as I had received Christ in Holy Communion, I was shown by Christ that He stood within my soul, so to speak, praising and adoring God the Father above, just as I had been doing throughout the day, as I prayed, and offered up my sufferings, for God's glory, and to help the Church.

Christ showed me His delight in the care taken to prepare a worthy place for the pyx to be placed. Christ Himself, Present in the Blessed Sacrament, showed His joy that, for love of Him, I had placed flowers before that little 'altar'.

After Confession: The Most Holy Trinity showed me, by an image, that each of the Three Divine Persons - one God - forgave me for every sin and failing and invited me to be joyful.

God the Father showed me, in prayer, that when I am forgiven, joyful, and very close to Him in the bond of charity, it's as if I sit at His feet, in silence and peace, as He strokes my hair.

Christ reminded me of what He showed me long ago, as a reminder for us all, that if anyone deliberately does wrong it's as if he takes the first step onto a road which is about to collapse because of subsidence; yet the person has ignored all the warning signs.

Christ is concerned for everyone and everything on our planet as He intercedes for us and offers His Holy Sacrifice.

If I remember that Christ is always present, wherever I speak with a friend, I will be more likely to 'weigh' every word. Where three are present in this way, charity can reign.

Christ would not let me pray anymore, when I was exhausted from giving a talk about Him. It was as if He held me like someone holding a sick relation, as He invited me to rest, and to recover my energy.

Our Beloved Lady came to me in my hotel room. She was radiant, and glorious as a Queen. She consoled me in my difficulties, and assured me that her son was pleased with me, and glad that I persevere to bring encouragement to many in the Church.

Christ commended me for being willing to wait in patience, when a hospital procedure was delayed. He showed me an image of Himself beside me in the waiting area, and said to me: "Let us wait together". He is immensely kind!

Christ brushed my shoulder, as He assured me that our minor failings are like little bits of dust on a smart suit, as we approach Him for Holy Communion. The important thing is to be properly clothed. The suit represents the 'state of grace' we should be in.

Christ showed me that when I am sick and exhausted and find it hard to pay attention at Mass, I am no more to blame than an exhausted child who cannot help falling asleep on her father's shoulder, held safely in his loving arms.

Christ pointed out the truth that, by my decision to enter into full Communion as a Catholic, I risked pain and persecution, for love of Him - just like many of His followers in His earthly life-time, and every era.

Christ is pleased when we reach out to strangers, however unattractive they may be - the needy stranger is Christ in disguise.

If we speak about the teachings of the Church, about faith and morality, we may meet with anger or indifference. It is not comfortable speaking out with a prophetic voice.

We are called to be witnesses; to say to other people: Don't sin. Don't enter the 'depths' of sin, which is like a dark cavern below ground - difficult to escape from.

Some deficient catechesis puts great emphasis on God's work for human beings in past ages, and God's glorious plans for the faithful in Heaven, but with little teaching about how we can meet and touch God here, in the present moment.
